Dr. Fazlur Rahman (MBBS, MD, DV, PhD) — one of the renowned “Doctor Brothers” — introduced acupuncture with classical pulse diagnosis to Tamil Nadu. By treating lakhs of patients, he revived authentic acupuncture in India, and Indian acupuncture began to rise classically once again.
